You’ve seen the segment on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that featured Kevin Hart. Yes guys, Blood Manor in NYC is not a joke.
Blood Manor is 5,000 sq feet of themed rooms, corridors, and passageways that will scare the living crap out of anybody. It is known as the most intense, creepy, and “scream inducing” haunted house attraction in the New York Tristate area. Even though you won’t be touched, you may come into contact with bloody characters and end up with blood on your clothes. Consider that a souvenir!
The attraction is a total of 20 minutes and usually groups of 6 are let in at a time. You can either buy tickets online, through the phone, or wait on line in person. If you were to go in person, tickets are sold in 1 hour time slots. However, the lines are insane and tickets sell out fast because this is a huge tourist attraction.
On Fridays and Saturdays, Blood Manor is open from 7pm until 1am. This Halloween, visitors are in for a special treat because it is open an hour earlier: 6pm until 1 am. For only $30 online (or $35 at the door), this is definitely a bang for your buck. If you bring a group of 15 close friends and want tickets in advance, the cost per ticket is only $28!
Blood Manor is located at 163 Varick Street, right in the center of Hudson Square District. The easiest means of transportation would be the subway, taking the 1, C, or E trains.
Spice up your Halloween plans this year and attend Blood Manor!
